We are looking for professionals to support our mission to provide compassionate and comprehensive individual and family mental health counseling services in Northern Minnesota. 

Current Employment Opportunities:

Behavioral Health Therapist for Children and Adolescents

Responsibilities:
  • Provide an array of outpatient mental health services to promote individualized client progress according to Federal and State laws, the ethical standards of the license that you hold.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments, individual, and family therapy sessions (for child providers).
  • Develop treatment plans and conduct reviews as needed throughout the duration of treatment.
  • Currently no productivity requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Able to make professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendations for treatment planning and implementation according to applicable laws and ethical standards for the practice of counseling.
  • Must be licensed in related clinical field – LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LP – or on track for licensure.
  • Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and their families and maintain professionalism.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solver
  • Self-motivated, self-starter, self-discipline

Preferences:
  • Education: Master’s Degree
    • Exceptions can be made for those currently working towards LPCC or LICSW and needing supervision to obtain licensure.
