Behavioral Health Therapist
Responsibilities:
Provide an array of outpatient mental health services to promote individualized client progress according to Federal and State laws, the ethical standards of the license that you hold.
Conduct intakes and individual and family therapy sessions.
Develop treatment plans and conduct reviews as needed throughout the duration of treatment.
Currently no productivity requirements.
Qualifications:
Able to make professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendations for treatment planning and implementation according to applicable laws and ethical standards for the practice of counseling.
Must be licensed in related clinical field – LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LP – or on track for licensure.
Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and their families and maintain professionalism.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer literacy skills
Good organizational skills
Strong problem-solver
Self-motivated, self-starter, self-disciplined
Preferences:
Provider willing and trained in seeing the adolescent population
Education: Master’s Degree
Exceptions can be made for those currently working towards LPCC or LICSW and needing supervision to obtain licensure.
