Fianna Headshot

Fianna Gangl

Outpatient Therapist, Clinical Trainee

Eveleth, Telehealth

Fianna is a clinical mental health counselor in training completing her practicum toward a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. She works with children, teens, and adults and is committed to creating a calm, respectful space where people can explore their stories at a pace that feels safe. She pays attention not only to the words people speak, but also to the quiet places between them — the moments where silence can speak as loudly as language.

Fianna first began her psychology studies in her twenties, and returning to this work decades later has shaped the way she practices. Those years offered a deeper, fuller understanding of how people grow, how families change, and how resilience develops over a lifetime. Her lived experience informs her clinical judgment and helps her meet clients with humility, discernment, and a grounded presence.

Her work is trauma informed, culturally responsive, and centered on
collaboration. Fianna draws from a variety of theoretical approaches —including person centered, strength based, and experiential methods to focus on trauma, crisis, PTSD, self-image, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns — because therapy is not a one size fits all process. She stays attuned to each individual’s strengths, needs, laughter, pain, and pace, adapting the work to support their unique path.

Fianna is currently completing her practicum as a student counselor and works under the supervision of a licensed clinician as she progresses toward full licensure.

Fianna works with clients ages 10+.
